Shipping Policy

​If you are based in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any other off-shore islands in the UK, or overseas, please contact our support team with a list of items you wish to purchase for further assistance.

Neither L.GLOW Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.

Return & Exchange Policy

At L.GLOW Home, we want you to shop with confidence, and hope that you will be happy with your order.

However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging (including labels, and unassembled) and in adherence with our policies herewith.

All returns must be packed with the original dispatch note. If your order is missing paperwork, or was packed into more than one box, and you would like to return your whole order, please contact our support team.

For exchanges, please also contact our support team with your order number and reason for return, and we can help arrange your collection.

We'll provide you with a free returns label and instructions on how to return once we have received confirmation of the above.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully. Please note: if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

For our customers outside of the UK mainland, we do not offer a collection service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
